Promoting Women’s Advancement
The PIOLAX Group continues to establish a supportive work environment for women based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace. We are reviewing child care policies and enforcing measures to educate employees to deepen their understanding.
“Eruboshi” is a recognition system established along with the enforcement of the Act on the Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace. It is a certification granted to selected companies that established and submitted General Employer Action Plans, and fulfilled certain requirements determined by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare.
Our company met all 5 criteria; (1) Recruitment, (2) Continued employment, (3) Work style including working time, (4) Proportion of women in managerial positions and (5) Diversity of career courses, and was awarded the highest level, 3-star Eruboshi.
