Electronic Notification System

With the "regulation to amend the Commercial Law in part for introduction of Electronic Notification System (Heisei 16: Ordinance No. 87), we had submitted changes to the articles of the company and got approval for introducing the electronic notification system.
We will make notification electronically in accordance with articles of the company.
In case of unavoidable circumstances, we will make such notification in the Nihon Keizai Shimbun newspaper.
